The experience was great. We were scheduled within a few days of my call. The work was done quickly and very well. Our carpet is very old and worn so I was not expecting it to look new but it certainly looked better than I thought such an old carpet could look after one cleaning.

It went really well, from the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the actual work being done. Some companies wanted to do an estimate over the phone and asked for the square footage of each room. I felt more comfortable with someone coming over to look at what needed to be done, so there would be no surprises. The price was reasonable and I appreciated Byron's punctuality and the good results of the cleaning job. I have given his name to 2 of my neighbors :-)

The pump in the washer was leaking and my tenants failed to tell me they were mopping up the water each time the washer was used. 3 weeks after the washer was fixed, they informed me the carpet near the washer was black! I've used Rug Bug before and was pleased with their work, so I called and again they did a great job w/i days of calling them (this was not an emergency request for work). Thank you Rug Bug, the area you cleaned, blends in perfectly with the rest of the carpet.

They did a good job of removing some stains from dog pee, spilled watermelon juice, and various child-related spills.

Great work - one of the rooms had alot of traffic, plus a large spill stain. They had no trouble taking care of it.

I.called The Rug Bug and spoke with Mary, who was very friendly and helpful. Mary sent Byron out to give me an estimate, then I spoke with Mary to set up a day and time. Bryon arrived with Curtis on time. Curtis did the actual cleaning. He did a good job and was able to get some high traffic areas looking great. I was very happy with his work. I would use the Rug Bug again.

It went great. Showed up right on time - we did remove a bunch of furniture ahead of time so he was done in quick order. I had requested a sofa to be cleaned but that didn't get on the work order so have to reschedule - but other than that - will definitely use them again. My son even noticed the carpet "feels clean!"

Overall, it went very well. When I tried to get a quote using the link on their website, it didn't work. I had to call them to get a quote and schedule the service. It went really well after that. Very professional and courteous.

Mary was very friendly and easy to work with when scheduling the appointment. Two workers showed up right on time, one experienced and one novice. My furniture and other items were handled with care, and the experienced person gave clear instruction to the novice about how to handle items carefully. The work was done quickly, and while the one spot in the back bedroom did not come out completely, much more of that room needed to be cleaned than was requested and this was done at no extra charge.

They were friendly and punctual. I thought the price to be very fair. They did two treatments on our hallway. I would allow a full 24 hours to let the carpets dry (during summer).

Good and fast. There was a small stain on one of the carpets that he didn't do anything about.

The phone call to set up an appointment was professional, courteous and very friendly. The man who did the work was on time, efficient, courteous and caring about my property. I was very pleased with the contact from start to finish!

I found the Rug Bug on Angies List. I called and received a not-to-exceed estimate and set up an appointment. The morning of the appointment they called to tell us that they would be about 1/2 hour late. They arrived at the revised time and completed the job quickly.

I was moving into this home and the carpets had pet and food stains. My experience from start to finish was very good. They were accommodating to my schedule, punctual and professional. The gentleman who did the cleaning took special care to protect my new laminate floors. The carpeting is older but most of the stains came out and my carpets looks so much better . There were no high pressure sales gimmicks and their price was less than half of the estimate given by a nationwide carpet cleaning service.

WHOW! I've used Coit Cleaners for the past 5 years and they've returned to re-do their work several times, because dirt patterns were still visible which was an inconvenience for my tenants to have a carpet wet for 2 days and the carpet's color looked dull. So, I decided to try someone else out and selected The Rug Bug because of their A rating...the carpet is now bright, no dirt pattern, stains gone and for less than Coit Cleaners' cost. I will be a returning customer, year after year from this point forward to the The Rug Bug. Thank you!

I called a week in advance and got a cost estimate on the phone based on my approximation of the size of the rooms. The man was there on time. I have 2 large golden retrievers who had accidents when pups, and who spend a lot of time outdoors as well as indoors. I have not had successful cleanings with large national firms. This was the first carpet cleaning experience that I am completely satisfied with and will definitely stick with this firm.

The lady who did the scheduling was pleasant. She quoted a maximum price of $100. They were able to do it right away. The two men came on time. They didn't identify or introduce themselves, but their hats had the company name. The carpet wasn't very dirty, except in one spot. That spot didn't come out. In the bedrooms, it looked good when they left, but after it dried, there were several yellow stains that I don't think were there before. Also, the carpet was quite wet in places. I was worried about the wood floors underneath. I left the heat at 70 for 10 hours, but they were still wet, so I used fans for 24 hours more. The carpet on the stairs was old, but came out nicely. The house was vacant and I hadn't mentioned that to the lady on the phone, so I thought the price might be a little less, but it was the full $100. There was one piece of furniture in the house, an armoir that, as it turned out, barely fit through the doorways. I wanted to move it out so they could do the whole floor, so I asked one of the men if he would help. He said usually when he moves furniture the walls end up with holes in them. I took a chance anyway, since I didn't have anyone else to help me move it. Well, he was telling the truth. No actual holes were made, but when the armoir was stuck under two different door ways he wasn't gentle. He kept banging it through, when finesse would have been better. A lot of paint was scraped, the threshhold was nearly torn off, the wood floors were scraped, and I think he broke the side panel on the armoir, although I don't have proof. In some ways, he was helping me move this as a favor, so I can't complain too much, but I think carpet cleaners do often move furniture to clean around it. If you have furniture that might need moving, I wouldn't recommend this guy.
