Came to home for free estimate on time. Pleasant and quick conversation regarding what neede tobe done and the limitations of cleaning my older carpet. Helpful suggestions re:buying new carpet and vacuum cleaner. ASrrived 5 minutes nearly to do cleaning.friendly and professional job. Done within quoted time frame and carpet looked better than after a recent cleaning by another company. definitely would recommend and would use again.

They arrived early and cleaned five rooms, plus several flights of stairs and landings. They charged exactly what was quoted. Very polite and accommodating in every way.

Workers arrived even a little early which was fine. Carpets were pretreated and cleaned. No offensive odors or residue on carpets afterwards. Spots were lifted that I had been unable to remove. Professional, timely, and estimate quoted for the job did not change after they arrived.

From the first phone call to get information, to the completion of the job the service was great. They arrived right on time. They did a complete walk through with me and pointed out exactly what they were going to do and assured me that they would do a great job. They finished at the time they said they would. The cost was very reasonable for our fully carpeted, 2 story, 1,900 square foot home.

The technician arrived as scheduled, and I showed him the area to be cleaned and the pet stain. We also discussed a secondary issue, the cleaning of the guest bath floor tile and grout. When I had scheduled the appointment, I was advised that the carpet could be cleaned and I would be given an estimate for doing the tile/grout. The technician told me he doubted that cleaning the tile and grout would be satisfactory, but because the area was small, he would clean it on a complimentary basis, after completing the carpet cleaning. The carpet was thoroughly cleaned, and the pet urine stain/oder were significantly improved. He then cleaned the tile and grout, advising that the results could not be determined until the grout thoroughly dried. After it dried, I agreed with his assessment that a simple cleaning would not be sufficient. He did not try to up-sell me anything, although he did inform me that the company would make a referral for grout recoloring or replacement if I was interested.

I have had my carpets cleaned every six months for the last 10 years as they are beige. This company gave me the best results I have ever had. No spots reappeared and the carpets look like a new color!! They arrived on time, worked quickly and quietly, were very friendly and helpful. I waited several days to write this review to ensure spots would not reappear...they didn't!!!

Very pleased with this company. They arrived on time and took great care with both the cleaning and Scotch Guarding. I've had various other companies do the same job for much higher rates, and Rug Bug did a much better job. I can really see the difference. I was pleasantly surprised at the price, too.

The young man that came out did a fantastic job. He got spots out of the carpet that previous people couldn't get. We are using them in a few weeks. They were very responsive and managed to schedule the job in just a few days.

The Rug Bug were very flexible and worked with my schedule. They were very thorough and everything turned out great. I liked the appointment scheduler and the workers who came out to clean everything.

They did a fantastic job. I think I liked the combination of the receptionists who took my call. They did a great job of giving me their best estimate. The person who came out was friendly. I was on a very short timeline and they got the job done quickly. They ended up charging me about $20 less than the estimate. They did a great job on all the spots I had them work on. I’ve got them on my list with the people that I talk to when I need them. So I will use them again.

They arrived on time. They cleaned the area I asked for. One thing that stands out is a cup of tea was spilled about a year and a half prior. The company that cleaned the carpet after the tea spill couldn't get the stain out. It was an eye sore. Rug bug got it out. You wouldn't ever know there was a spill. That alone was worth the money. Additionally they cleaned the heavy traffic areas and it turned out great.

Overall I was very pleased with the qualitly and price of service.

We have used the Rub Bug for two years now. This is the best rug service I have ever used on my home, which I have lived in for over thirty years. Not only were the rugs very clean, there were no spots remaining. Truly the Best!

Guys that came out to clean the carpets and tile were great! Very courteous and professional. They were here on time and finished at the estimated time. We were very pleased with the work as well. We'd definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the near future!

Every time he comes out, he is on time, quiet, efficient, thorough, and is very knowledgeable. He does a wonderful job, and if anything is not perfect, he comes back out right away.

They're a family own operation. They're very friendly and outgoing. They're explicit about the situation. The job they did was fine. I thought they were quite good and quite efficient. His price is reasonable. They were responsive. They got here exactly on time.

The owner arrived promptly and supervised the process completely. The job took about 30 minutes, was done professionally. He and his assistant were pleasant, and trustworthy. Job well done.

Two men from Rug Bug arrived about 10 minutes early. They set up and, the older man sprayed problem spots and the chair. Furniture was placed on small blocks, and a younger man (Alan), set up machines and then began to clean the carpet. The procedure took about an hour. Both men were pleasant and professional. A couple of years ago I hired Stanley Steamer to clean the same area. Rug Bug left the carpet much dryer than Stanley Steamer who let it squishy, soggy. The only problem with the Rug Bug carpet cleaning was that the carpet stayed damp for two days afterwards. Do to no fault of the Rug Bug people, it began to rain as they pulled into my driveway, and I think that the cool damp weather prevented the carpet from drying more rapidly. The results were great. Most of the carpet stains were removed, and the chair is clean and no longer smells.

The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. This was the second time they have cleaned my carpets. Both times I have been very satisfied. The staff graciously accommodated my last minute request for cleaning services.

It was a very good experience. The last time we had our carpets cleaned we were very unhappy. All the spots came back up after just a couple of days. We decided to try Rug Bug as they received great reviews and we see why. They were right on time came in and reviewed the carpet area and gave us a dollar figure. It was below from what they estimated on the phone. They took there time and were very professional. It has been a week since they were here and we do not see one spot reappear! We had a couple of heavy traffic areas and they even look great. We would definatley use them again.

They did good job. They were able to come out on a weekend which was a plus.

It went well - we were moving into our new home and the carpet was a real mess - we were not sure if we were going to have to tear it out, but they did a great job and it came out looking good. We couldn't be more pleased!!

.The owner himself came out to perform the job himself and he is very nice and will spend time talking to you. He did not push any extra cleaning chemicals such has scotchgarding unless I asked about it. I forgot to mention that my carpet is very old (16 years) so he did not recommend me scotchgarding it. He was on time and did a very nice job. His wife was also very nice, she was the one who I made the appointment with. The price was very good also. I would hire them again.

They showed up on time as always and worked quickly and efficiently. They did the carpets and then the tile. Furniture was moved with great care out of the way and back. I will have them back later in the spring.
