They arrived on time and went to work immediately preparing to clean the carpets. They took care of marks on the carpet and cleaned all the rooms in the house. They were efficient and pleasant to work with. We have used this company before and will continue to call for their services.

The owner Kris Stevenson performed the work himself. He was extremely professional, considerate and thorough. The quality of the cleaning was exceptional. Even ink from a printer accident was successfully removed. Extraordinary service at a great price by a professional. Who could ask for more?

An appointment was set up at our convenience. They called a day or two before the cleaning to verify the time. Kris called before he came so we could have everything ready for him and he arrived on time. He wastes no time in getting everything ready -- vacuuming, spot cleaning, and cleaning the carpets. He does a thorough job. This is our second time using Stevenson's Carpet Cleaning and we are happy with his work.

Kris Stevenson was professional in his estimate and work. He vacuumed all areas and cleaned the carpets. He also cleaned the floor tile in the bathroom along with the grout and sealed the grout. The difference in the bathrooms was noticeable as well as in the carpet. His work was efficient and thorough.
