+ -1 moreRTV has always provided quick, professional services. The owner, Rick, is always very patient on the phone and never laughs when he hears what stupid thing I did to mess with the system. They always show up on time, they are very professional and very clear when they answer questions. The price is quite reasonable. The sole area of concern is the answering service they use, which needs to train their people a little more. But once RTV gets the message, they are responsive and punctual.
Description of Work: RTV installed my alarm system many years ago. Since then they have performed repairs and updates. Most recently they repaired the smoke alarm after it was accidentally disconnected by other workmen.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME AND IT ONLY TOOK THEM TWO HOURS TO HOOK THE ALARM UP AND GET IT GOING. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS IN THE MANUAL AND MADE SURE WE KNEW WHAT WE WERE DOING BEFORE THEY LEFT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED AN ALARM AND THREE MOTION LIGHTS OUTSIDE.
