Description of Work: Came in the middle of the night for a fallen tree and charged three times the normal rate for it. Service was actually in February 2011, but the drop down list doesn't go that far back. They did very minimal work that night and wanted to charge more the next day to finish the job.

Description of Work: What I wrote to Rod Rod McCaleb, Your contract states, “When you pay your bill, that indicates that you are satisfied with the job.” Well I’m not satisfied in the least! I was told that trained tree trimmers and a foreman would be working on the front and back yards. I left for a little while to go to the bank and get your cash payment. I came back to my yards being butchered! I called you and James several times that day and no one returned my calls. Your contract also states, “Clean Up.” I myself cleaned up five 100-gallon trash cans. I am still finding left branches! I have to hire an Arborist to repair three of my fruit trees. There are six young fruits that probably won’t survive. My family, friends, neighbors and people walking by all make negative comments about my butchered yard. I let them all know it was your company. Now you want me to pay for this ugly mess? Here is a check for more than you deserve. You should be paying me! M. Barr

+ -1 moreTHEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, BUT I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY DID NOT REMOVE A LOT OF THE ROOTS AND WILL NOT COME BACK AND FINISH IT.
