+ -1 moreThe company came out and found out that the timer for the freezer was not working properly. They also unfroze the coils to the unit, restarted and tested the unit to be sure that it was working properly in an efficient manner.
Description of Work: My freezer was not working properly and keeping the foods frozen. They installed a new timer.
