+ -1 moreIt was a great experience, everything went smoothly and I was shocked to see just how detailed of a report he created. Ryan was very responsive over phone and e-mail, came out when he said he would, was very friendly and professional, and he actually finished the report faster than the week turnaround he estimated. The report itself was incredibly detailed, digging very deep into the market specific to the area I live. Looking at his report compared to the appraisal I got when I purchased my house there isn't even a competition, Ryan's was far superior. I would definitely recommend Lundquist Appraisal to anyone needing appraisal service.

After a few email exchanges I knew I wanted Ryan to provide the service. He was responsive, friendly, gracious and professional. + -1 moreThe entire transaction took less than a week from my initial contact, to Ryan the filing of our appeal. It was the smoothest process ever. I even got to review and OK the report before Ryan sent it to the Sacramento Assessor. A very pleasant experience from start to finish.
Description of Work: I contacted Ryan, the owner, to file an appeal of our real estate tax assessment as our house has fallen in value far more than the 3% the Sacramento Assessor says it did in 2010. Ryan was prompt and professional as he then e-mailed me the county's appeal form to sign and I mailed that, along with a $99 check for his services and a $30 check payable to Sacramento County for the filing fee. Ryan took care of everything else. Within a few days I got back Ryan's 8-page detailed report to preview and OK before he filed it with the Sacramento County Assessor. Included with the report were charts and graphs that further reinforced the fact that our house was over-valued by the assessor. I was blown away not just by the quantity of his work, but also the quality, as this is no "cut and paste" job. As a former vice president of real estate of a large East Coast bank, I have some knowledge in this field, so believe me his work is first class and he did it in a very timely fashion too. With many other real estate appraisal/tax appeal companies offering this same service for 30-50% of your potential savings; Ryan's flat-rate $99 fee and $30 filing fee can't be beat. I'm just happy (and lucky) that I found him, as I was looking for a local firm to handle our appeal. He has a very good knowledge of real estate in the Sacramento area. Please utilize his services, you'll be amazed at his work, won't be disappointed and you're likely to save a lot of money too!
