It's been over 2 years since it was done. It went well and I would recommend this company to others.

We were never able to communicate successfully. After about 30 minutes he suggested I call someone else.

I called Mark and he said that he was in the neighborhood already and he came right over. A friend of mine had incorrectly setup my new Phillips home theater system and Mark rapidly identified the problem and fixed it very quickly. The amount of time between my phone all and problem resolution was about 45 minutes. Service calls don't get any better than that.

Called Mark and he told me it would be $85 for each camera and $75 to hook up the DVR unit price included all wiring and fixtures, Mark and Joe showed up right on time, got right to work, had to stop at the end of the day to go to another appointment, came back the following day and finished the job. Excellent workmanship, very good price and we are delighted with the service. Can view my home any time of the day or night from the monitors, PC's and Smart phone. Great technology and real piece of mind. Tech Service from Swann is first rate and very easy to contact and clear instructions to follow. Very satisfied.

Mark and his associate did a great job. My brother-in-law had a stroke and it takes him a little extra time to explain himself. Mark is a great guy, very patient, and so knowledgeable that he understands exactly what my brother-in-law wants. Mark and his associate offered excellent suggestions and worked hard to create a useful and easily usable system, with the Swan IP components that my brother-in-law purchased on his own. They set up all the audio and video, and they have a very happy customer.

I can't get a service call scheduled. I have been trying since 2/9 to get someone to call me to make an appointment. I'm moving on to someone who wants my business.

Mark came and did an estimate for me, and I was really impressed with his demeanor. He was on time (which I am not used to with contractors AT ALL), friendly and honest. I decided to use him based on my meeting and the numerous positive reviews. I had just purchased a new large format LED TV and wanted it mounted on my wall with my sound bar mounted underneath it. I really wanted a clean installation with no wires showing. Mark and his assistant Joe showed up on time, were very careful with my equipment, friendly and did a really fantastic job. Now my tv and soundbar are mounted with no wires showing, I have internet hard wired for my devices and it looks wonderful. And it was all done by friendly guys and I didn't get any "oh we had to charge more than this because..." I was charged what the estimate was and I got exactly what I wanted. I will DEFINITELY be using Mark and Live Wire in the future for some other projects I want done.

MarK is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He communicates well and his easy manner makes learning new things easy. Mark is very punctual and responds in a very timely way to email and phone messages. We will definitely have him come again as we upgrade/expand our technological capacity.

Mark is probably the nicest, most effective contractor I have ever worked with. Very down to earth. He did the job right. It was as if he was doing it for his own family.

First, Jeff was very responsive in answering my questions and providing me an estimate of his services. Second, Jeff worked with my schedule so that the work could be completed in a timely manner and without any inconvenience to me. Third, the work he did is outstanding! He advised me on the proper mount for my TV and then installed one that I chose. The mount I originally had on the TV was suggested by a different contractor and it began sagging after a 1 1/2 years. With Jeff's advice I was able to settle on the appropriate mount. Finally, Jeff also moved a TV for me and mounted it on a different wall. He rewired it and replaced a bad HDMI cable that I didn't know was going out. He also moved the TV stand/cabinet that was under the TV to the new location. I will use Jeff again and again if needed. He was very professional and I'm very satisfied with his service!

Mark was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He did an excellent job wall mounting the TV and connecting all the home theatre equipment. He made good suggestions to upgrade the systems and I will definitely use him in the future when I am ready to upgrade to a wireless system.

Mark arrived on time, inspected the premises, suggested the locations for the cameras and gave an estimate. We agreed and he came back the next week for the install. He is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. My wife is usually leery of having workers in the house, but she was very comfortable with Mark. He did an excellent job on the install, set up the recorder for the house and internet access through our computer and IPhone. The system works perfectly. He's an exceptionally nice person. We would highly recommend him.

The system as Mark reconfigured it is so much easier to use. Mark is a pleasure to work with.

Calibrated sound, made sure pictures quality was set, went above and beyond what was expected. Will use again for sure?.

I have to laugh because I just read a review of Mark Seibles from Live Wire Installation dated July 22, 2013. In it the reviewers received an E-mail from Mark that apparently read ?I think I'm going to have to pass on this job. I just picked up a big account that is going to take up a lot of my time?. As it turns out, I just had a very similar experience with Mark yesterday. I had Mark out for an estimate for a very small job. The job is to wire up 2 external speakers, run the speaker wire, connect it to the receiver in the house, etc. Mark told me the job would take around 2 hours. I was quoted $200. I thought $200 for 2 hours work seems pretty steep and I mentioned it in my E-mail to him, but I said if it could cover the things we already talked about, then I was still OK. I also said in my E-mail ?Please let me know if all the items below sound OK, or if they might incur a separate and extra charge.? Meaning, a separate or extra charge might still be OK, I would just like to have all the details down in black and white and know what to expect up front. Anyway, I sent off my very detailed E-mail to Mark with a final line that finished with ??please let me know if this all still sounds OK for the $200.? I have to say I was pretty shocked and annoyed when the next morning I received from Mark a one line E-mail that read ?Sorry but I think I have to pass on this job. Thanks for the consideration?. My assumption from this response was that my E-mail was so detailed laying out how I thought the job should go, that it left very little wiggle room for profit margin, which is hard for me to understand. Mark already told me it would take him 2 hours or less to complete the job. By my count $200 for 2 hours is $100 an hour. It?s hard enough for me to justify paying someone $100 an hour to mount and wire speakers when I make less than $30 an hour. I kind of thought $100 an hour was a lot of money, but apparently it?s not enough for some people. The bottom line is if you have DEEP pockets, by all means please contact Mark at Live Wire Installations. However, if you?re like me, an average guy on a budget, I would look elsewhere. Last time I checked, most handymen from Angie?s list or Craigslist can hook up home theater for around $20 - $30 an hour.

Siebel spent almost an hour at my home and wasn't going to charge me anything for his evaluation. I insisted on paying him 40 bucks.

Mark offered recommendations on the entire property, brainstormed on situations to boost security, and utilized a blend of equipment for functional installation without any problems.

ur Mark arrived on time, worked very hard for four hours nonstop. After installing the two ceiling speakers, wiring the passive sound bar, he then hooked up all the components. He then went through all the controls for the tele, blue ray player, and so on. I was especially impressed when he went online, and reprogrammed our universal remote control. In sum, Mark is very knowledgeable, affable and customer focused.

The work was done perfectly. We have used Live Wire three times now for various home theater/audio jobs and Mark is superb each and every time. He stays until the job is done perfectly. He is very patient, very careful, and makes suggestions for how home theater systems can work better. And, when done, he leaves everything very clean. In addition, he is just a super nice person.

Mark was a pleasure to work with, he installed the cameras and aimed them perfectly. This work involved several hours in my attic and I know it's hot and filthy up there. He must be immune to claustrophobia. He noticed that I had a disconnected roof antenna for my TV and offered to hook up my TV to it for no extra charge! Mark made sure I understood everything about my new video system before leaving I couldn't be happier and recommend Mark's company highly. I will definitely use this provider for any future work required.

We were very pleased with Mark's job. He returned our initial call quickly and set up a time to come out and give us an estimate. We appreciated the fact that he asked us what we really wanted, which was a system that was easy to operate. Upon receiving the estimate, we scheduled installation of the system. Mark came out on installation day prepared to do the job. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. We did run into a snag with our receiver and had to replace it, but Mark just did what he could while he waited for it. The thing that really impressed us was Mark's tenacious attitude to solve a problem that we had with our first generation Ipad. It was to be used to program/operate our system, particularly for outside use in the back yard. Mark spent five hours going through different channels to find the problem. Finally we called Apple support and the problem was quickly solved. We were ready to just purchase a new Ipad but Mark really wanted to get to the bottom of the problem. He told us that he wanted to find the solution, because if this problem showed up for us, it might for someone else. At the end of day two, the system was ready to program, which took quite a while. Mark took extra time making sure that we knew how to operate each section of the remote, which was set up for easy operation-just what we wanted! Everything worked fine for a few days and then the remote started malfunctioning. We called Mark and he promptly came out and gave us a new remote, which has been working as it should. All in all, we had a great experience with Mark. He was very patient with our lack of electronics knowledge and designed a system that was easy for us to use and that sounds wonderful. We would definitely use his company again.
