Really well. My deck was literally falling apart in spots and a section in front of a sliding glass door had significant dry rot that extended to a main beam that supported the house itself. Ron was professional from start to finish - kept all appointments on time, worked quickly and did a great job. Replaced all rotting boards and joists, cleaned up afterward and even threw in a quick repair to a GFI switch that had jammed and replaced a porch light fixture. I could not be happier

Handyman Contractor responded timely in looking over the dry rot on my back porch steps and suggested options for repair. Contractor was able to do a surgical repair rather than redoing the entire stairway. They were able to use some existing lumber I had, which saved money on materials. Overall satisfied with the responsiveness and quality of the work.

Called on a Sunday 8/12/18. I was expecting to get a recording, but someone answered and was very nice. He said he would give my info and have a person call me back during regular hours. I received a call the the next day, Monday 8/13/18 by another very nice person. She asked me what it was I needed done (whether it was multiple things or a specific thing. I let her know that it was multiple and explained each of what I needed. I also said I would require a after hours, or on the weekend time for a quote. At this point they had an A+ in my book for their communication. This is where it fell. I still have yet to receive a call. Not sure if its because they do offer a 10% discount to angies list customers, and they are busy enough they don't care. Anyway, if they don't want to follow up now, I can only imagine how bad it will be if I am not satisfied with the work they perform.

Very well. The contractor took great care not to get any broken up material into the pool, which was what we requested. He was friendly knowledgeable, efficient and well qualified.

Set a time to come 9-11, i got a call at 9 for a reschedule from 1-4, not a major issue, Rick came out looked at work to be preformed, called me to tell me he cant help with the hood vent since they do not touch roofs, the vent was to be ran out the side of the house not the roof, he didnt evalute the situation properly, he didnt even look in the attic space to review options. He did tell me he can help with the vent relocations, told me he would draft a quote and call me in a few hours later that evening. Never heard from Rick again. No call back, no quote, no message. Thanks for wasting my time.

It went great! David is a really great guy who made sure that everything was done right! We’ve already started another to-do list for his next visit. His prices were just as quoted and worth every penny.

Service over the phone was pleasant. They got a contractor out quickly to give an estimate and that's when things went wrong. Their contractor had car problems and said he would fix car and then get started on the work. Over a week goes by without a word. I call the office and simply requested some communication - any communication. 5 days after that call, still not a word from anyone. I finally had to call the office again and cancel the job because we couldn't get anyone to communicate with us in a timely manner. We got apologies from Casey, but some follow up and follow through would have been appropriate in this situation. I think timely communication between vendor and customer is a key component to a successful transaction, but I'm not sure vendor and I believe in the same thing.

It went well; leak was fixed, additional items were taken care of at no extra expense.

Very pleased with new deck. Team worked hard and with professionalism. Cost shown includes labor and materials. Removal of old deck materials was another $300.

There were problems on the job! Everybody tried to get it done quickly and right. It just did not seem to happen. I am sure this was a bad experience for the handyman people, they bent over backwards to make everything right, but like I said it just did not happen.

Job was completed in a reasonable time frame. Photos were supplied to buyer's and their agent.

The lady was really nice and helpful. When I told her the details of the job she said they didint want to do it. I was told they didint want to cut the countertop. I was a pretty shocked that they declined to cut 1 inch of countertop. They clam to do Kitchen remodels which requires cutting countertop and can't do a simple cut. Would not recommend them as your go to handyman.

They showed up to look and take measurements. Stated they would get back to me with an estimate. That's been two months. Have called three time to get an estimate on when I would get an estimate. Owner stated he would check into it. Have not heard from them at all. I will not recommend them to family or friends.

Very well. They have done a few things for us over time and are good to work with.

The work got done took multiple visits and numerous phone calls.

I have used this company before and really appreciate their professionalism. The staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I had a prepurchased service, but was unable to use it within the 6 month timeframe. They were willing to extend the timeframe to accommodate my situation. The sink looks great--it had to be cut down. The door frame was a mess due to a screen door having been installed incorrectly. It is now ready for painting.

Mike did a fantastic job. Very professional, personable, and did great work. I would highly recommend him.

We suffered break-in attempt in Fair Oaks Phoenix Field area. Alarm scared away the idiot who tried to kick-in front door. Ruined custom door jamb, cracked drywall, misaligned small window frame next to door. Front oak door itself had only scratches and a footprint on exterior face. For security reasons, we required a quick, same day repair and contacted Handyman Contractor. The contractor/carpenter recognized the difficulty in providing a complete repair for the damage to the deep/wide custom jamb in a short amount of time. He did what he could with the time frame given. However cost for materials and labor was almost 3/4 of what the subsequent and complete repair cost. Unsure if we'd use the service again.

Very well. There was some difficulty in the updraft of one fan to the outside, the handyman came back and replaced a "T" joint with a "Y" joint and that seems to have done the job. I told him I have other jobs around the house and needed some quotes, but never received them.

I spoke with the office personnel on three occasions before scheduling the service. They were always very helpful and courteous. When I scheduled they explained the contractor would arrive between 9 and 11AM but would call to introduce themself prior and provide the actual ETA. Randy/handyman called and advise he would be arriving around 9:30AM. Randy was very professional, courteous, polite, helpful and always made sure I was satisfied with each task after completion. My experience was great and I would use them again and recommend to others.

It was excellent. Darrell was very nice and did a great job.

The handyman with Handyman Contractors called me in the morning as to what time he would be out that day. He arrived right on time and immediately went to work. He went through the list I had written down and repaired the items one by one going to each room. After he had gone through the list he asked if there was anything else that I wanted him to repair. He was very courteous and through the whole time.
