Response from Handyman Contractor
I'm sorry that we are in this situation, but we will certainly do what we can to help out this client. We were originally on site for this client on 10/13 performing one of our Big Deal special offers. This offer was for one trip of 6 hours performing any work that we are qualified to do for the client. During our time on site, the customer had asked us to leave for the day because she told us she was tired. We did not leave on our own accord. Even though the Big Deal is for one trip, there was only one more item on her list to get done, a faucet, so we told her that we would make an exception in her case and make a return trip at her convenience to complete this item. From our understanding, we were waiting to hear back from her to reschedule the return trip. Now, our records do not show that she contacted us, but I believe her when she says she did. It simply must have gotten lost in the shuffle, and I deeply apologize for that. We were not trying to avoid making the return trip that we promised. That information just never got to the craftsman until now. At this time, we will be attempting to contact the client to schedule the return trip to finish her project. I thank the client for bringing this mistake to our attention, and I will do what we can to make it right. Regards, R. Casey McGreevy President Handyman Contractor
