Member, I'm sorry I was late to our appointment, it was unavoidable due to the terrible traffic accident on the freeway. I left my job in plenty of time to arrive promptly. I called you while I was stuck in traffic 20 minutes before our appointment. I informed you I would be late, I didn't know at the time what was causing the delay or when it would clear up. I suggested we could reschedule for another time if you wished. You declined. It took another 40 minutes to inch my way to Loomis. You showed me around and pointed out your wishes and your problem areas. I took detailed notes and explained I needed to research your specialty coating that was previously applied on your exterior walls. I was concerned why it had become excessively chalky and soft, cracking in many places due to a moisture problem. I simply needed more information and it took several days to track down a stucco person I know to see if they could help with info. You were emailed the proposal on June 16th, four days after our appointment on June 10th, I don't believe we had an appointment on the 2nd of June. I don't know why you didn't get it? Due to the attachment maybe it went to your spam folder. It was sent and I spent a good bit of time doing research just to prepare it. You still haven't told me if it went through successfully last week. I left June 20 for a three week vacation, you should have gotten my message and email telling you all this. I did call you again, to ask for the name of your builder or his subs that did your stucco, I seem to remember you never returned the call. I assumed you didn't like my price and I don't push people to hire me. Sorry it didn't work out. Regards, Beth Swartz Owner / Contractor Gemarius Painting
