Description of Work: Second time we have used First Class Carpet Restoration. Did the whole house 1900 Square Feet. 6 rooms and included stairs. A little pricey but worth every penny. Professional. Will use again.

+ -1 moreRobert Jackson is extremely professional. He did a fabulous job cleaning our carpet, which hadn't been cleaned in three years. There were areas on the carpet that sustained heavy traffic that seemed to be tramped down permanently, but he refreshed the carpet and it's like new. I have dealt with other carpet cleaners, but have never had such good results.

+ -1 moreHe is very available. He did a good service. He was clean. He was prompt. He is a good guy. It is just that I hadn't used him for years. I keep getting emails but I thought it was inappropriate for me to comment because who knows what he is like today. The owner seems to be the one that does the work. I actually called him before the other guy.
Description of Work: We used First Class Carpet Restoration years and years ago for carpet cleaning. I've used them few times and I would say somewhere between six and ten years ago. He owns his business and I think there is only one day a week that he did work at his church so he is very available.

+ -1 moreThe service provider, Robert Jackson, made three calls to complete the project and did not charge any extra. Several spots had to be re-dyed but in the end they all disappeared. There are few if any other providers in the region who are able to fix bleach spots with dye.
Description of Work: We had nearly two dozen small bleach spots removed from our carpet via a dye solution. You can't tell where the spots used to be.
