Butler Electric

Good.

Butler Electric was recommended by another electrician but, after having used him, I would make him my first call for anything electrical in the house. Mike came in with a coworker and they went through the entire house quickly and efficiently and Mike was very helpful with any questions I had. They were both very efficient and cleaned up their mess before finishing. I would highly recommend Butler Electric.

I was referred to Mike by another electrician who couldn't come out due to a bad knee. Mike had to reschedule our original appointment due to a family emergency. He was right on time this morning and began checking outlets as I gave him the background on my situation. After checking a few outlets downstairs, we went upstairs and he checked one that was working but turned out to have a slightly loose neutral wire that was the culprit of the whole problem. He secured that wire and tested a couple of outlets to make sure everything was functional. He charged me a discounted rate based on his hourly service charge, which was much appreciated.

Mike was great. He drove out of his way (almost 30 minutes) to help us out. He was very courteous and fixed our problem within an hour. I will be calling him back to fix everything else. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I could not be happier. We got bids from three electricians, and Butler's price was very competitive. Two of his references (both general contractors) thought he walked on water (usually a good sign). Mike and his crew were professional, timely, and neat. We relied on Mike for the selection of the lights, and are really pleased with them. Where we had questions on what types of light to use, Mike was very knowledgeable and laid out our options clearly. The other materials they used (switches, plates) are all high quality and look great. It was pretty clear that they don't cut corners or take shortcuts. Mike was very responsive and his customer communication was excellent. We'll definitely use Butler Electric in the future. Their overall performance was basically flawless.

We needed to have the problem fixed in a hurry. He responded right away, and suggested a less expensive but effective way to fix the problem. Finished the work promptly.
