Description of Work: A Simple Solution priced items and then cut the prices even more. No receipts for all the items in the garage and only accepted cash for them. Did not give a daily accounting for items sold. Some things were stolen and broken. Not overseeing everything professionally. Took 50% which was agreed upon but I only received $3484 for a full three bedroom house. I should have had a yard sale. I feel I would have made much more! I do not trust or recommend this family operated business. USE caution.

Reviews of our Company are always appreciated. Sometimes it is difficult to respond however, this review is very simple to respond to. This customer chose to be present at her own Sale which is never recommended for reasons I am certain most people are aware of. When it is your own Sale you tend to take the items for Sale very personal and worth much more than they actually are valued at. [Members Name] is s very nice person who took items out of the Sale and interfered with the Sale of items. We normally would have had a very successful Sale but she wanted entirely too much. For example she had a beautiful dining room table she wanted $9,000.00 for. When any Estate Sale Company is contracted for an Estate they are the professionals and should have full access over the display and pricing of items. My customers were very uncomfortable with her presence and controlling of her items. I sat with [members name] prior to her Sale and explained all procedures, percentage, and suggested she let us handle the entire Sale. She called me late evening prior to the Sale being less than appropriate and after being awakened from a sound sleep I talked with her to try to console her. Had she had a garage sale she would have found out that her prices were very unreasonable and would not have been able to sell near what we did even with all of the restraints.
