We had a tenant move out of our rental property and had a new tenant all ready to move in two weeks later. When the departing tenant finally got all their furniture moved out of the house, we found that the master bathroom shower had leaked through two walls so everything was all wet and soggy. We called 3D Benchmark Builders, explained our situation and they responded IMMEDIATELY! That evening they went out to the house and inspected the damage. It turned out that the size of our shower was an odd size and they initially warned us that it might be a bit expensive to replace and may also take a while to find one that would fit. The very next day Jason called and told us he had located a one piece shower unit that would fit the odd shaped shower space in that bathroom and that the price he was able to get was very reasonable! Our situation at this point was that we were headed out of the country for a vacation so we would not be there while they did the work. Jason said; "No problem, we will do what it takes to get the work completed within the two weeks so your new tenant can move in." Well, they did exactly that, plus much more! In addition to doing an AWESOME job, they also paid the locksmith who we had scheduled to come out and change all the locks and also paid the carpet cleaner who showed up to do the carpets just as they were finishing up their job. They just gave us those vendor invoices and then included the amount they paid those two vendors on the 3D Benchmark invoice. So, we only had to pay one bill. It was fantastic!! When we got back from vacation (one day before the new tenants moved in), we went to see their work and we were completely impressed. They did a beautiful job, everything looked AMAZING!! They also cleaned everything up spic and span and the house was move-in ready. We were very grateful for their quick response time, professionalism, expertise and caring attitude toward our dilemma.

The finished job looked great, and it should have looked great for the approximately $48k we spent, but now we are spending about $5000 with another contractor to fix the leaks around all the windows and repair damage done when the back wall was "repaired". It leaked at the first rain after the initial repair and we paid another $1000 for the second try by this contractor. Improper window installation by their sub contractor is only part of the problem: nails through the vapor barrier on the back wall now necessitate removal of the entire Hardie board covering to fix the leaks the right way.

The excellent quality of their workmanship, their punctuality, responsiveness, and professionalism as they completed the work validated that I made the correct selection. They were a joy to work with, delivered on all of their commitments in a timely way, and were very flexible in working around my schedule. The guys I worked with at 3D are Marine Corp vets - their discipline and high principles comes through in how they conduct their business. I highly recommend 3D and would use them again without hesitation.

I spent $700 on the job. Both jobs were outstanding. They did the job on time and at the quoted price. They cleaned up well and I would hire them again. They were outstanding.

Excellent. Absolutely no issues, very few minor surprises( due to the nature of a complicated design ). Very professional. Well mannered crew. Took care of handling inspections also.

From start to finish, the owners and their workers were conscientious, professional and competent. They were also pleasant and nice to work with. When they found out I was a late riser, they even adjusted their arrival time to an hour later .

Fantastic. They were professional, cooperative and flexible with changes and design issues. They were always punctual and organized. They always left the work area neat and tidy. They coordinated their work with the concrete contractor that we were using. They allowed for changes after the job began and were willing to accommodate our wishes. They are the most honest contractors with whom we have ever worked.
