They were good. They came on time and did the work we contracted for. We had forgotten something and they were available to come back out. They got everything done in a timely manner.

My experience with them was fine. He explained to me everything that he was doing under the house and he showed me what the job entailed and how it was and I was happy with it. I would absolutely use them again.

I called on Sunday 17th of Feb 2012 and left word that I was concerned about noises from my water heater. As it was a holiday weekend, I did not expect to hear back right away but was called by Oscar early Monday morning. He scheduled a visit and gave me several options. I chose the most "expensive" just to start with a new water heater and to be better sure that any future issues that arise would likely be warranty covered and to make sure I started a proper water heater maintenance schedule. The install of the new water heater was scheduled for that Friday at 9:30. The crew arrived 1 1/2 hours EARLY! That is commendable considering the other work OCG had going on at the same time. While it was a bit inconvenient to have them start early, the crew was professional and finished quickly - installing the new water heater, re-connecting auxiliary systems, and insuring all new piping was in place. The next surprise was that I was not expected to pay anything until the bill arrived in the mail...no downpayment or payment at time of work completion. A great surprise! I was able to monitor the work and make sure there were no issues before the bill arrived. While I would have liked a follow-up call from the company (at least to get my full name for the bill)

As expected. Where there were issues, I was informed in a timely fashion and we got it done as expected.

Sent out requests for three bids based on a list provided by Heliodyne. After some negotiation with each of the bidders, we selected OCG Plumbing based on price, promised completion date and, most importantly, a commitment to ensure we had hot water every night. They would ensure that the water heater was working before they left for the day. Oscar brought all the equipment to the house the day before installation was started and had two of his workers begin promptly the next morning with the installation. The roof panels were installed and situated for easy service. The other worker went to work on the interior plumbing, doing a beautiful job on all of the copper work, installing the new water heater first. The heat exchanger/management system was attached to the new water heater and then he began on the piping for the solar side. Oscar checked the work each day to ensure it was done properly, taking care to explain what was done, what would be done the next day and why things were done a certain way. He demonstrated the management console and answered any questions I had as work progressed. Installation took about six days. All in all, the whole process was first rate and I would most definitely engage OCG Plumbing in the future for any plumbing work.

I called OCG Plumbing on Tuesday morning at 7am. I recived his voicemail on his cell phone. I left a message...Then 10 minutes later he called me back. Oscar told me that he could take a look at the water heater at 10am. He arrived on time to take a look at the heater. He told me that it would be no more than $1000.00 for the water heater. He removed the old water heater that was in a basement and recycled it in Marina. He installed a new gas line, vent, water heater pan, drain, and earthquake straps. Oscar and his helper where at the job for only 3 hours each. When I recieved the bill it was $918.00. I would use them again.
