Dorothee is very knowledgeable of the market, the listing agents, financial background of the properties, and the value of each property. She provided us with good strategies and guidance to maximize our chance of having our offer accepted. Her strategy worked, we are now a proud owner of a great home. Her services did not end once we closed the deal. She continues to provide us with great information on contractors, roofers, home improvement ideas and strategies to save money. We are very grateful for her services and have no reservation to recommend her to anyone.
