house cleaning
+ -1 moreOverall they did a satisfactory job. I was very disappointed to have one of my best, and expensive, furniture brushes taken and never returned.
Description of Work: Cleaned all of the houseA: 2100 sq. feet. My biggest disappointment was that one of the cleaning ladies took a favoriate brush of mine and I never got it back. It was hung on the wall in the laundry room. I noticed she used it to clean and it was never put back or returned. I asked the service many times to return the brush. Finally they returned a brush with hard bristles that was nothing like the soft and full bristled brush that was excellent for brushing furnitures, blinds, draperies, etc.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe office person, Trish is really professional. Its nice to have an interface with someone other than the actual cleaners. The maids do an adequate job, but the price is good. For the money, I think its pretty good. The actual house cleaners do not really speak English, and are not that communicative or friendly. Still, they clean pretty well.
Description of Work: Clean whole house - on a weekly basis.
