Description of Work: Our most recent encounter with Paul James at Wave Connects was due to a major water leak. Since we have worked with Wave Connects since 2005 we immediately called them to work hand-in-hand with State Farm Insurance to repair the damage done to our theatre system. Wave Connects employees are outstanding workers. They work independently and with others; they are problem solvers with excellent organizational skills; and excellent follow-through on their commitments.
