Description of Work: He sold me and installed a new garage door opener. He showed up on time for both appointments, checked the old one to be sure it needed replacing instead of just not getting power from circuit or some other problem (it was 28 yr old), explained about replacement possibilities. The quoted price was what he charged me when he installed the new one. It works fine; the installation workmanship appears good. Price seemed reasonable.

Description of Work: Our garage door would get stuck half way and since we are retirees, we did not have the strength to release and lower it. It took two trips to fix the garage door problem on not opening. The first fix didn't take care of the problem so we had him come back and he did a different thing and that has fixed it. Wish he had done the second thing first to avoid frustrations. He was prompt and came during holiday season
