+ -1 moreIt all went well until we figured out that the noise, we thought was coming from bad batteries in the smoke alarms, instead was from the carbon monoxide monitor instead! Painting went ok but needs a couple of touch ups.
Description of Work: Price includes a 10% discount for Angie's list and for 4 hours. Glen arrived promptly and went from one repair to the next task rather quickly. He hung curtain rods, painted window sills, changed smoke alarm batteries & one in the carbon monoxide monitor, brought chairs to my outdoor shed, patched a hole in the wall, switched out light tubing in the garage, brought down a slider door curtain rod so I could wash the draping and then rehung them, organized a couple of boxes in the garage for me.

+ 0 moreVery prompt and extremely professional. It is obvious that he cares about getting the job done right! Was very good about cleaning up in and around the area's he had done work in. I could not be more pleased with the work done and would definitely hire The Magic Handyman again!

+ 1 moreMost of the items, he took care of. He was very prompt in getting here. He was concerned about taking the cost with them to a budget. He cleaned up very well after himself. I didn't notice that there was anything left behind. He offered to come back if there were any concerns that occurred about the work he has done.
Description of Work: We ended up using The Magic Handyman. He tended two ceilings, one in the down and one in the hallway. He took out and replaced some broken tiles in the shower. He did a repair on the toilet and installed a new faucet and a sink.
