we needed our BBQ cleaned and refurbished, it was a MESS!!!

cleaned my grill. was rusted from the rains.

The technician came at the appointed time and did a good job of cleaning the bbq. They followed up in a couple days with info on how I could obtain a replacement door latch which i had previously tried to find but couldn’t. Rated price “fair” as it seemed a fair but not great price. I have no other vendors to compare them to. The grills were cleaned vey well (he used a grinder to get them clean) but the drip plates underneath were too rusted to get very clean. Price was determined by number of knobs on the front of the grill.

The young man who cleaned the grill called ahead, was on time and the grill was so much cleaner than my husband was ever able to accomplish. While he had previously cleaned the grates and the inner workings of the BBQ hubby had never bothered to clean the inside of the hood. There was 12+ years of built up gunk on the underside of the lid! They did an amazing job on the inside and the outside sparkled too. Wish I'd done it years ago and will pass the information on to the new buyers of our home. The price was $105 less than I was quoted by another company.

Darrin Berry arrived as promised. He was very careful to spread a drop cloth down to protect the patio deck & proceeded to power clean the entire grill. The gas jets are now firing up to their maximum and the BBQ grills is so clean it could almost pass for a new set. I have given his card to my son who has a built in BBQ grill with a wash sink, additional gas burner & refrigerator. My son is planning on having Mr. Berry clean his grill.

This is the second time we have used Super Clean BBQ - the BBQ looks brand new when it has been cleaned. Despite being a messy job, the place is left spotless. While it is pricy, the service is excellent and well worth it.

Showed up on time and worked his tail off. When he was done the grill was spotless. Won't be going 5 years again. Will be using his services every year or two going forward. We grill a lot, year-round. Steaks, burgers, fish, chicken, you name it. When done the grill looked like new.

SuperClean BBQ did a great job. The tech arrived a few minutes early, told me exactly what he was going to do along with an estimated time frame. We had a fluky rain that day and he just moved a couple of our outdoor umbrellas over to where he was working and finished the job in less time than he thought. We were very happy with the work performed and would definetely recommend.

Was honest and told me a couple of my burners were bad, the guy said I would replace these, but I can fix these with some tin foil, which he did.

Darrin was on time, extremely professional,thorough and worked magic in cleaning my entire grill.

It took weeks just to get a response and another waiting period for the actual repair and cleaning. The BBQ was left cleaner but not as clean as the BBQ Doctor website insinuated.

The initial appointment was delayed due to him going over on the previous appointment, however, Darrin gave me a great appointment the following day. Let me tell you, I would hire this guy in a heartbeat again. My bbq was one of the worst used bbq's you have ever seen, but Darrin worked very **** ** it. Disassembled it, wired brushed the burners out and polished it. It looks BRAND NEW. Plus, my husband was shocked when he saw it and immediately called one of BBQ friends to recommend him.. Was able to receive an area coupon for $155.00 for 3 burners.
