He explains in detail the situation and always gives options when available. His pricing is always reasonable and he never recommends unnecessary work. We went through several companies prior to using Sundown. It is nice to know that when we have a plumbing or heating issue that we have someone reliable and cost efficient to do the work. I would highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Changed out faucets in bathroom and kitchens in primary and rental home. Fixed leaks and replaced parts.
