+ -1 moreWe've been with that company for 5 years. The service is real good and they take very good care of my pool. We had used another company before and they are 4 or 5 stars compared to 2 or 3 stars for the other company. They know what they are doing and they get back with what service or recommendations are needed so that was good. I pay them monthly. I had a lot of problems with my filter plugging up and I had to spend a lot of my own time working on the pool when I had pool service with the other company. They gave me recommendations on replacing certain pieces of equipment at a modest price. Those problems are gone since I changed pool companies and I have to spend less time taking care of it because I let them do everything for that price. They are better than the other pool services we've used. The price is pretty much on par with what I was paying. The price is average. The price is good for the service that I get. They are very timely and very punctual. There hasn’t been any time that they said they would be here, when they were not here. They are professional. They are here and do their job.
Description of Work: We use Shoreline Pool Services to do our pool service. They come every Tuesday. I had a crack in my pool filter and they advised me about that and to keep an eye on it. One day I was sitting here and the top of my pool filter launched high in the air and went in the next-door neighbor's yard. They had recommend that I get a new filter when they first noticed the crack, so I had already put in the order for it. Within 4 days they were back with the new filter and replaced it. They gave me a warning and that prompted me to do it; otherwise it could have been a disaster if I had been out of town. It was on the discharge of the pool and it flooded the area. I got out there within 1 minute, and even in that little short time, it had flooded the area where the filter was located.

+ -1 moreI was taking care of cleaning my pool but I was never able to keep the chemistry at the right level so no matter how much I scrubbed there was always algae growing in it. Jeff has been taking care of the pool for about a month and everything is fine. He's a good guy and I don't have to worry that the pool isn't properly clean. At $95 per month his price was about right for the size of the pool I have.

+ -1 moreI am so happy with this service! I have been through several pool maintenance companies who claimed to be full service but ended up being just chemical services. Jeff pays attention to what my pool needs and takes care of it. My pool has never looked and worked better! Jeff is knowledgeable, reliable, responsible and pleasant to work with. I have used Shoreline for about 3 months now, and I have not been charged extra for anything yet.
Description of Work: Jeff cleans and maintains every aspect of my pool. I have a salt water system, a pool cleaner, solar heating, 2 spas and a pool. He takes care of everything that needs to be taken care of so that all I need to do is enjoy my backyard oasis.
