Description of Work: He originally came to install a 220v electric baseboard heater in my bedroom, along with two indirect lighting fixtures in the living room ... but then one thing after another seemed to need fixing or updating and the cost mushroomed over the original $2,500 (or so) estimate. He had to tear out the plaster board in both the bedroom and the living room in order to install the wiring, so it was quite a project, but he replastered and repainted everything quite well, considering that that is not his specialty. He also installed a new temperature sensor for the heater as well as a separate switch in order to cut off the electricity from the heater when it was not in use so that the temperature would not have to be reset every time that it was turned on. Several outside automatic light fixtures were added as well as changing all of the light switches in the house. One of the automatic lights malfunctioned but I was unable to fix that since he went on vacation in December and after that for several months I wasn't feeling well enough to call him ... so it was out of warrantee by the time I was okay so I didn't bother to call him after that.

Description of Work: About a year and a half ago, they did some repair work on my exterior lighting. The bill was very high, but I paid it. I called them out again to re-route some wiring and patch the drywall. Their estimate for this job was very high. I got another contractor from Angie's List who was excellent and did the job for more than half the cost!

 + -1 moreRay was so friendly. Was so easy to reach and schedule. Had to schedule him on 5 different days to complete the job. Each time of his schedule, arrived during expected time, got all the material, did the dry wall patches and completed the job to our satisfaction.

He came and provided us with an estiment for services via e-mail. he came ready to work having purchased the items we needed in advance, this saved us from trying to find the fans ourselves. Ray had to do a lot of and quot;fixingand quot; so our new exaust fans would fit our condo. No extra charges for all his hard work. He stuck by his estimate. As stated above we will recomend Raygun Electric toour family and friends.
Description of Work: Ray installed a super quiet and effective light/ exaust fan in our tub / shower room. He installed another in our poorly lit laundry area. Fixed our ceiling fan in the living room, instead of suggesting buying a replacement. He also worked on some light switces we were having problems with. He worked over 6 hours. The work he did was fantastic. We would recomend his services to anyone.
