Quality Built Construction and Lighting, a licensed contractor that specializes in Energy Efficient LED Lighting for residential landscaping. I know that many of the currently installed systems have energy consuming halogen bulbs which burn out frequently and cost way too much to operate. Additionally, many of the pathway and flood fixtures are no longer operable because they have either corroded or the cable to the lamps has been cut by landscape maintenance contractors. A typical electricity cost for 22 LED devices fixtures at 6 watts each would be about $48 a year or $4 a month. Besides the cost savings, it truly beautifies your home allowing you to enjoy your backyard at night. It also acts as a deterrent for would be vandals or thieves. At night a home uplighted is not only more secure, but it adds to the beauty of the place. It makes all homes look exclusive, but when the perimeter is uplighted and a couple of trees in the front yard as well, it just makes it look awesome. The shadows cast etc. just create a new dimension. Homes in older neighborhoods that have landscape lighting have a nice accent.
