I received her first call and at first, she seemed friendly and confident about doing the job. But then she began telling me details about technical things she thought would be best to use and do in my case. Then she said that I should send her pictures of my balcony because they do not make home visits due to COVID 19 considerations. I agreed to send the photos and she began asking me estimated measures of the openings I wanted to screen. I told her that she should be the one measuring and figuring it out. She snapped and said that she did not want the job.

Love Chris. She measured and took my 35 year screens and fixed them in one day. She was so professional and her prices are so unbeatable. I canâ t wait to tell more people in my townhouse development about her. Definitely impressed;)
