They did a great job. Their pricing was a little high compared to a previous Angie’s List deal I got with another company. I did have 28 windows to do and the magic number for deals seems to be 21. Suggested some screen replacements since they are all going on 20 years old. Said someone would be in touch with me to discuss but haven’t heard from anyone yet (only going on 3rd day) but I imagine I’ll have to initiate the conversation on that.

Windows are very clean, everything looks great!

The men arrived on time, were courteous and the windows look great. execpt for one small high window, which was streaked.. Some of the screens were not replaced properly, which I had to remove and reset. I chose to do it myself, rather than call them back to replace them correctly, since it i difficult for me to schedule time when I can be home.

I like that they are a family owned company and are very trustworthy. They are always prompt and do a great job, with whatever service they are helping us out with. If I ever have any questions or issues, they follow-up and or come back right away. They are very responsive. I really do wished I could give them an A+.

The workers that came had very bad attitudes . They went into places that I asked them not to go into . They did what they wanted to. They did clean the windows very well , but it was there attitude and they way they acted that left a lot to be desired .

We've used them 3 or 4 times now to do our windows and they even hung our Christmas light last year. They do a great job and our home is far from easy. We have 96 windows (many of them very high) and 18 french doors. One of the owners is always with the team and seems very honest and trustworthy. Being home alone with people (men) walking in and out of the house can be scary at times. I've NEVER thought twice about it with this team. We will stay regular customers.

The guy they sent over was great. He did really, really good. I have also met one of the brothers and he was great. I will use them again for sure!
