They called to let me know when they would arrive. They came in with great attitudes, polite, professional. Ordinarily they would have come out for free to do an an estimate. I was in a hurry so I got a phone guess which was close enough. When they arrived, there was some discussion of how much of the truck bed that my discards would fill ( they charge by this measure). I would recommend going to the truck when you have that discussion to get an accurate idea. Anyway we agreed on price and they quickly took my stuff and YEAH!! I am happy. I would definitely use them again.

Called Larry yesterday to make an appointment for today. Henry and Dennis arrived on schedule. They cleated out my garage, old barbacue grill, and old patio furniture. They helped sort thru the items to separate the junk, from useful items, and hazardous products. In old cabinets and also removed the cabinets. The were professional, friendly, and fast. Took about an hour to fill a truck load. A great experience. Will use them again.

Job went very well. They called prior to getting here and was pretty much on time when they said they would be here. They were very professional, courteous and respectful. The workers that showed up were very much a positive reflection on the company. Working with Larry in discussing this possible business deal went very well. He was prompt in returning calls and was totally professional and courteous, I will be calling them again when I am in need of having any thing removed... They sold me one how great this company was by their professionalism. attitude, personality, My expectations of this company were met and actually exceeded... On the scale of 1-10 I give them a 10 Job well done.!!!!!!

They arrived for the pick up right on time. The truck and crew were neat and clean, as was the truck, even at 3pm on a Friday. All 3 crew members were lively and were nice to chat with. They promptly set to loading an extremely heavy and bulky, very-broken 3-seater couch into their truck. They were entirely competent in maneuvering the hard to handle piece of furniture to properly load and secure it into their truck. The entire pickup went smooth and fast, and I would definitely use them again for larger jobs. Today, they came to my rescue with "zero" advance notice and saved me an enormous amount of time, personal effort, and labor, and at a price that MORE than paid for itself. This is an exceptional example of REAL local, small-business customer service! THIS is what doing business the "old fashioned" way is all about. We're going to keep these guys handy...

I was having my doors and closet wardrobes replaced by Home Depot's contractor and needed to have my old one's hauled away since Home Depot charged too much. Unfortunately, I got too busy on other details with my home remodel to research hauling away the above items. But thanks to Angie's List, I found a company with good ratings. So, I called at 11:30 on the installation date and Henry and Dennis arrived in their nice new shiny red truck with a smile on their face at the 1:30 time I scheduled that day. The price was great since I had the $25 coupon.

I called at 11:00, Larry answered the phone. Was exremely personable. Dennis and Henry were in and out in 30 minutes. Exremely nice to work with. Would highly recommend their services and I will use them again.

Each of the sliding doors were 4' x 8' heavy but thin doors. The crew arrived on-time took a look at the doors and estimated that the amount would be the minimal charge of $99.00. Took about 10 minutes to load and haul away. Excellent service and I would call them again for hauling.

These guys are great. Larry arrived before the crew did to give me their free estimate. It was definitely fair given the large amount of junk we had to haul. After the estimate Larry left and Henry and his partner arrived about 30 minutes later (when Larry said they would) and diligently put the junk in their large, professional looking truck. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Joe and his assistant came by the same day I called the company. There was a little mix-up in the beginning but Joe came through with excellent service and a discount for the mix-up which was greatly appreciated. They worked fast and swept up afterwards leaving a nice clean space afterwards. I was so impressed that I referred them to my Mom the same day. I would definitely refer them to others in the future and they will get my repeat business as well.

Junk King gave us a two-hour estimated window; called to let us know they were coming in about 1/2 hour, and arrived right on time. They assessed what we wanted done, gave us a quote which we thought was very fair, and we told them to go ahead. Larry and Henry worked HARD moving the heavy, clumsy items out of the upstairs bedroom and to their truck, and moving two very heavy electric beds up the stairs and into position. Great experience--they were very courteous, careful not to scratch walls, etc. and made sure everything was okay with us. We're so happy to have this job out of the way, and we'll gladly use Junk King again!
