Description of Work: Travis and I discussed the problems with the computer, he gave info about prices and what I could expect. As promised, he had computer ready quickly and working as before infection. He is available by phone and ready to discuss problems, solutions and options.

+ -1 moreTravis was professional, showed up on time, courteous, and mostly.....very knowledgable with computers. I would highly recommend him to anyone with computer needs!!
Description of Work: My computer crashed and I needed someone to repair and replace my hard drive. Travis from "I Hate Computers" came to my home, diagnosed the problem, took my computer and brought it back the next day with new hard drive and was able reinstall lost data back on to my computer. Travis took the time to make sure all my programs were put back on the computer and set up all my accounts. As an added bonus......my last computer crashed 4 years ago and the computer tech claimed there was no way to recapture any old photos, etc. I held on to this drive thinking it would miraculously come back to life. Travis was able to retrieve the documents, photos, videos, outlook, etc as well on this drive!!!!
