Everyone at Good Guys was extremely professional, Chris the tech that came out really knew his stuff, he found the problem very quickly, repaired my garage door and serviced the complete door and made sure that there were no other problems, he wore a mask while he was he in contact with me which I appreciate it Thanks Good Guys Mike Pryor San Diego California

Marcus from the Good Guys showed up on time and completed his work in a timely fashion. I explained the numerous problems i was having with the two garage doors and he expertly took over and showed me the issues that needed to be corrected. The doors had not been adjusted for many years and needed new springs, bearings and rollers. He installed these parts and levelled, tuned and adjusted the doors so that they operated and closed smoothly and quietly. I'm VERY happy with the work he performed. MARCUS is a very knowledgeable and personable guy and i would highly recommend him to anyone needing this kind of work done. I recommend this business changing their name to the GREAT GUYS!.....Ray
