The owner Sean treats his clients like a family genuinely caring and providing you and your family with the best security, price and options available. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The on call emergency team is there for you with immediate urgency. The prices are very reasonable . They use the best and most updated technology for your convenience and safety. They will send the best technicians to teach you exactly what you need to know. The owner will be on call with any questions. I will be with Five Alarm for a very long time. I highly recommend Five Alarm Security !!!
Description of Work: Five Alarm Security is updating my alarm to be wireless. This will be a safer and more convenient option for our family. The owner came in and went over all my options to best insure my safety, answered all questions, taught me how to use the new service, apps, ect. The owner made sure I was comfortable with my new service .

Description of Work: They installed an alarn system for us. The basic system was free and was better than the free ADT system. We needed some additions so we paid extra for those. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. We like dealing with a local company instead of a national chain.

Description of Work: They monitor and maintain my home's security system. The price is a monthly fee which includes smoke monitoring unlike other alarm companies.
