We are licensed and bonded contractors in both California and Hawaii with experience in both low voltage home/residential as well as commercial projects. Our technicians know how your house is constructed and use that knowledge to install your system with the least intrusive methods.

We have been in our same retail location in Carlsbad, California for over 10 years. Whether you need us for simple service calls to trouble shoot a problem or to facilitate a repair to component, you can count on us to help.

Description of Work: DSS installed two systems: a 2.0 high end stereo in our living room and a 63" SONY TV / 5.1 surround sound system in our family room. Installation workmanship was excellent. We had several meetings; they took the time to design the system to our needs - which included some challenging WiFi issues. I recommend them highly.

Mark Anderson and Mark Valade were both very helpful in multiple sessions of consultation and auditions as I toiled through many choices for speakers/electronics. They have a great demo room and have a decent representation of the brands they carry so no one should be shy about stopping by with their own source to have a listen. At the end, Mark Anderson worked out a decent package for me along with some killer pricing on certain components to close the deal. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family if they have home theater or hi fi needs.
Description of Work: Sold me equipment for a new home theater setup with consultations/auditions.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS KNOWLEDGABLE AND FIX THE STERIO SYSTEM PROFESSIONALLY.
Description of Work: I had problem with my sterio system. Speakers outside was fixed.
