Description of Work: Dream Pools designed and installed a rock slide and waterfall. They also resurfaced the existing pool and spa and inserted decorative tiles. | |Pros - The rocks look very realistic and the slide is great. Our on-site lead was great. The gentlemen that installed the rock ledgers under the steps was an artist. | |Cons - the project took much longer than scheduled. There was a lack of communication btwn the office staff and the on-site reps.

+ -1 moreHe was okay. He came in and he'd been in the business for years. He did give us an estimate. He wasn't the highest and not the lowest but we just didn't like his attitude to be honest.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from Dream Pools and Spas of San Diego because we're having our pool redone.

Description of Work: Eric is awesome! I travel for work and we were able to communicate by email, which was wonderful for me. He actually fixed and cleaned my Jacuzzi while I was out of town, we settled the bill the following month. I've since signed with Eric to provide monthly maintenance. Julie

+ -1 moreWe are extremely happy with how our pool and spa turned out. In fact it is far better then we ever imagined it would be. Any issues that arised during construction were handled quickly. We will refer ths company to whom ever asks.
Description of Work: Dream pools constructed an new pool around an pre-existing spa. The whole pool and spa coping and walls were finished in cut stone. Rich Wagner, the owner and pool designer, is an absolute profectionist and was extremely mindful of all the details. When we first met with Rich when recieving bids from different contractors we'll only gave him a small amount of direction for what we wanted giving him the freedom to design the best pool for our home. He also was invaluabe in helping us find the best landscaper. Anyone in San Diego looking to install a pool should at the very least give Dream Pools the opportunity to bid for the job.
