+ -1 moreThe inspector, Ray Salcido, arrived on time and worked efficiently. He finished the job in a timely, professional manner. He was courteous and explained the results and forms concisely in words that were easy for me to understand.
Description of Work: I hired DEBERRY Inspection Co. (HomeSite Inspection Company) to perform a thorough inspection of the condominium ,I was ready to buy. The inspector was well equipped and knowledgeable of his trade. The report was detailed and explained the results clearly to my real estate agent and me. Significant findings were noted, as well as medium to minor discoveries. The heating/air conditioning unit outside the condo was not working. This alone justified the expense of the inspection. A cracked closet mirror was also discovered.
