His attention to detail and excellent knowledge of the San Diego market set him apart from most other realtors, and we always feel that he goes above and beyond in all of our interactions. We will also refer others we know who are looking to buy/sell in the area to Eric if they are ever in need of a top-notch real estate agent.
Description of Work: We have known Eric for almost a year at this point, and he is someone we have come to trust in the San Diego real estate market. Eric goes above and beyond with his clients and takes the time to answer any questions you have, big or small. He provided us a very detailed report on the value of our home in Carmel Valley, which his assessment puts at over $1 million in its current valuation.

+ -1 moreEric Bateman is a quality professional who goes beyond the call of duty in making sure all aspects of contracted work is done to perfection. I feel quite fortunate to have found him for taking care of my real estate needs.
Description of Work: I have known Eric for almost a year and he is a very responsive communicator. He recently provided me wit a property summary report detailing the value of my 660k condo in Solano Beach. Although it is currently rented out, I woul use Eric to sell the unit if my plans change.
