Professional, efficient, overall a very good experience

The initial work was great. We are now having issues getting the company back out the resolve a few little issues, we have resolved a couple of them independently and but are still wanting the company to come back and resolve the problems. For further reference I would've scheduled a follow up appointment after the paint had dried.

Overall, it was a fine experience. We did have a few issues but I have an older home to deal with. I also wanted three colors done. He was willing to take on the project when most companies did not want to. He had some expertise and he was very pleasant to deal with. The staff were very nice and worked really hard.

The quotes seemed reasonable. It was very professional. He emailed the quotes together with a list of customers and their phone numbers that he has done business for. Based on that I was pretty impressed. I'm waiting to get homeowners approval for some colors. Their pricing is in the ballpark. There is quite a bit of work to be done. There are a lot of intrusions and they need to replace some 2x4 joists and then the stucco needs to be done and waterproofed. He was here within a couple of hours of my call to give me an estimate. He was on time. He was very professional. He provided a copy of his insurance and license in the email. I am going to have him look at interior drywall for part of a remodel.

Everything went well with that. They came by when they said they would and were professional. I had no issues. Their price was within the ballpark.

There were some areas where the coverage wasn't good and he had to come back and touch up. I expected that he would have done an inspection on his own and fixed this without havng to go around and point out where the problems were. Otherwise I was very satisfied with his work.

Michael was very polite and responsive. He fitted in my job at my request at very short notice and kept me updated regarding his progress in scheduling. Michael worked efficiently and left the job spotless. He was very polite and considerate and I would definitely use him again.

Punctual in making the appointment, and being on time, but color applied was not acceptable and after being paid never came back to rectify the problem. Used someone else to finish the job. Nice person, but would never use again!!!

Michael painted the side of my home. It was stucco that went from grey to oatmeal. He did a great job. Clean and quick. I highly recommend Coastal Colors Painting Co.

It started out rough because he was out of the country when I tried to get ahold of him, but I didn't know that. When he got back he contacted me and did an excellent job. I liked that his estimate was the price that I paid. He did the job in two days and my daughter said that the job looks absolutely great.

Michael and crew from Coastal Colors did a great job on our house.There was quite a bit of detail work on the windows and around the doors and the house looks great!

They aren’t available till the last part of September. They don’t accept credit cards. The quote was $1630. He was very nice and professional.

Very nice work and very nice people. They were meticulous in their clean up and did an excellent job. And as they were working I would see others things here and there that needed touched up and they took care of it all.

They did amazing. They did such a good job. Their prices are competitive. The owner did an amazing job painting our wall. He was very personable. He did everything on time. He gave me a realistic time frame for the project. He was at the house every day when he said he would be. He didn't leave a single drop of paint out of place. He does great quality work. He is professional.

They arrived on time and completed the work on time. The total cost was the exact amount of the original estimate. The quality of the work was good. We got what exactly what we paid for.

Michael was delayed because of a serious problem but he sent he assistant on time and he arrived a few hours later. The full 16 hours of the contract were met. They began painting at once and I am very happy with the finished product. Both Michael and Sasha were very professional, neat and pleasant. They kept me informed as the proceeded and, in fact, pointed out two large hornets nest that were in their way. I was able to get a professional service to remove them so they could complete the job. I would definitely recommend Coastal Colors Painters.

Most of the trim had been prepared, but some was out of reach for me. They caulked and primed as necessary and then applied the finish coat. Work was neat and there was a minimum of dripping. They were most helpful in moving and replacing some large plants.

Coastal Colors Painting Co is a great contractor. He is an excellent workman. I would recommend him. They're very, very good. I was extremely pleased with what I saw. They did a very nice job.

Better then expected! The painters arrived at set time, moved furniture, masked all edges, finished right on time and cleaned up all debris.

This painting company is amazing. We have been looking at our newly painted kitchen cabinets, kitchen, dining and living rooms for a few days now. Every time I come in the door I am amazed at the transformation of the drab, brown, dark and uninteresting cabinets to a light, bright and appealing space. The paint work has made a totally different place out of our kitchen. I would definitely recommend Coastal Colors to anyone I may talk with about painting. The cabinets look entirely new and the other rooms are fresh, clean and make our home a friendly and inviting place to be. I was impressed with the Contractor, Michael Chilton. He was meticulous in his work and the cleanup afterward left everything in excellent shape. His crew were friendly and easy to communicate with. I have had cupboards painted in the past but this is the best job yet. The old 1975 cabinets are now in the 21st Century and our kitchen can take it's place proudly with some of the nicest in the design magazines and TV shows. The price was a great savings to us too. We are retired and doing things on a budget. Good work at a reasonable price is always a joy to find. This is an honest & trustworthy company. We are delighted with the work!
