+ -1 moreUpstairs only condo with carpet on 3 rooms and hallway. They protected furniture legs on some but not all furniture. Cleaned 15 carpeted steps on open-type stairway. Took longer to dry than usual for this type of cleaning service. They went to work quickly and were done in less than an hour.

Description of Work: Coast Carpet Cleaners did a great job. I originally paid only for the carpet to be cleaned but also had them clean several chairs in the house. They were able to get out several deep stains. The day they came it was rainy and humid so the carpets were not drying as quickly as we would have liked, so I called Becky and she brought out a fan to the house to speed things along.

+ -1 moreThey did an excellent job. I had the couch cleaned 2 or 3 years ago using a different service and the job at that time was inferior. This time Coast Carpet cleaned the couch so well that they even cleaned up some of the stains left by the former steam cleaner. In addition, the pillows were made of down feathers and last time they had such a mildewed smell after cleaning that we had to keep the pillows in the garage for a week to allow the smell to disappear. This time the entire couch, including the pillows were dry to the touch after two hours. No smell and the couch, which is 8 years old, looked almost new. I would definitely use them again
