I am very sorry I didn't responded quick enough to this customers email to us. When [member name removed]sent the first two emails to us I was on vacation out of the country for 9 days. When I got back from vacation I was trying to get caught up on all my emails and [member name removed] emailed us again. I returned his email the day I got it. [member name removed] and I corresponded back and forth and we got his wifes cell phone so we could set an appointment for a free consultation. We called and left her a message and she responded back to us the next day. At that point we set an appointment to come out to their home the next day. When our sales consultant Robert showed up at the house he met [member name removed] wife and they realized they had met before. It turned out we did [member name removed] window coverings on his last home in the Sacramento area a few years before. While Robert was doing the bid they talked and she expressed how much they enjoyed working with us in the past. Again I am sorry I didn't responded in a timely manner. In the future I will have to find a better way for my emails to be responded to when I am on vacation.
