carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThe carpet looked great when finished. Within 2 days there were horrible dark brown spots in the hall. They came back to re-clean them. These spots have never come back. Within a week there were other spots in the master bedroom and office that were the same color as the ones in the hall. These were not there before. I called to have them clean the other spots because I believe they were created by not washing out the spot removal treatment out of the carpet. He refused. These are HUGE spots that were not there. Dave stated that he was new to the company. He did not even have a shirt that had his name on it yet. I believe he said he had worked there three days. I believe the areas in the master and office did not show up because they were not high traffic areas and took awhile for dirt to accumulate on them. Matt (the owner) was very unreasonable on the phone and also did not return my phone calls.
Description of Work: Cleaned about 1000 square feet of carpet. Took about 45 minutes to complete work. David was the person who performed the work. He was very nice and pleasant. He stated that he was new to the company and I believe said he had only worked for them for three days.
