Fixed it myself and now works fine.

It was reasonable. He has made appropriate recommendations. He was very patient. He was very nice to work with.

Two days after leaving a message for Wade he returned my call and I told him the problems we were having with our oven. He said he would look into getting a part and would call us back. A week or so later he called back and said that he would come over but wasn't sure when he would be in the area and then we never heard back from him. After reading all the great reviews we were really disappointed.

Called on 10/3/13 and left a message about service on my refrigerator. Never received a call back. Called again on Monday, 10/7/13 and was unable to leave a message because the voice mailbox was full. Won't be calling again.

Wade came over last Friday to check out my washing machine - I had no idea what was wrong with it. He diagnosed it but could not complete the repair Friday as he needed to get parts. Wade came over today and completed the job - cleaned everything up before he left and machine works like new! I am very happy with the work that Wade did, he is very professional and very reasonably priced. He was also very prompt and I believe finished the repair in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend his service.

I will always use him and will recommend him to my friends.

My washing machine stopped working, called AYS who came out within the quoted time. He was pleasant and even took advice from my 2yr old grandson. He sorted out the problem, replaced the pump and cleaned up, very professional job and reasonable prices.

Wade was very friendly, punctual, and professional. Gave me a reasonable estimate, explained what he was doing, etc. Would not hesitate to use him in the future and would highly recommend to others.

A rental home needed dishwasher repair. Wade, recommended on Angie's list (my go-to), was called and promptly scheduled repair with tenant. Although, no repair was needed, his charge was very reasonable. Wade will handle all appliance repairs for me from now on.

Wade worked on the fridge for about 30 minutes total. Disconnected the water valve.

As usual he was he was responsive, stating he would be at my home in an hour (it was actually only 45 minutes). After making sure he didn't track anything in with him, he set to work. After about 20 minutes he came to tell me the news... nothing was wrong with the fridge, but instead somehow we had flipped a switch (through our own carelessness, mind you) that shut the fridge off. Feeling pretty stupid and with a red face, I apologized for having him make a un-needed house call. He just laughed and said it wasn't a big deal. I asked what I owed him and he said and quot;not a thing..and quot; So nice in this day and age when a company values a relationship so much that the immediate gain is less important than the goodwill generated. I travel a lot and called him on the phone, he returned my call same day and took information over the phone. My sons who are in their early 20's called me and said he was super and had our dishwasher working.He made it easy on us.thank you

..Wade was on time and very polite. He is very neat and cleans up everything! He explains what needs to be done in a way that even the mechanically chanlleged can understand. he is outstanding.
