Fine, was not easy but did the job and kept it within the "deal" coupon value of $200 although he said would normally have run closer to $250 for the job.

It was excellent, they were very nice and professional.

I just paid for the big deal which is $55. I certainly will use them next I have a falling.

The service turned out good. They charged us a lot more. They were fine, and we would have paid that to anybody we called. They were very good. I wasn't there, my wife was there. I would use them again if they were on Angie's List, and I was there.

I hired a handyman to do this job a few weeks go. He installed the cartridge backwards so that the hot was on the cold side and visa versa. Then the faucet started leaking. I thought this was a simple job, but I ended up hiring a plumber. The plumber from this company told me exactly what he was going to do to correct the problem and he did it. He also explained exactly what the costs would be, depending on what he found . once he got inside the faucet. I will definitely would use this company again.

Did not appear to know what to do about stuck bathroom sink faucet handle. No repairs made. Wanted to charge $ 150 to replace 2 toilet flushing valves. Said I would take care of replacement. Took me 11 minutes to replace. Not happy with service.

The part they ordered did not fix the problem. In the meantime, we found out we had a water heater issue. This all led to our insurance company hiring another plumber who said Assurance Plumbing used the wrong part and over charged. There were also scheduling issues. They would call us on the day of the appointment and cancel.

The guy was nice but he wanted to replace a 10.00 for 400.00. He said I should buy their machine at 3,700 to permanently fix problem so nothing was done but I paid Angie's list 79.00 for him to tell me that

The customer service was fine, the technician was kind of a pain. He had to come back out on 3 different occasions. I'm not going to use them again.

He did a good job. In addition to fixing the water heater he advised that the outlet for the water heater needed to be repaired and suggested calling and electrician. I have and they are coming to fix it today.

I found Assure Plumbing through a deal on Angie's list . I needed my garbage disposal replaced and Daniel did a GREAT job! I appreciated that he was on time, down to earth, knowledgeable and has 20 years of experience. I also learned a few things about disposals which was helpful! If I ever have plumbing issues in the future (will probably be my water heater!), I will definitely call Assure again. Very happy!

I had a plumbing leak from my bathtub spout in my upstairs bathroom that leaked into my downstairs living room. I called this plumber because it was in Carlsbad, the same city I live in so I thought it would be faster. I left a message to return my call on Sat and never heard back. I had to use a larger company with dispatch to fix the issue.

Job completed rapidly and efficiently. The plumber was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.

It went OK, the heater was back up working again after the service. Nothing really stands out or disappointing. I had the service guy took a look at other project I'd like to have done. He promise to get back but never did.

Daniel came out and was very timely. He did an awesome job! I've already used them again.

It was fine, it was good. The only thing he did not do was to do the other faucet that I wanted him to do which I was a little disappointed. It might be my husband’s fault for not having do that. He was really personable, he explained what he was doing, and I thought he was a good guy.

I bought their Big Deal; it went very well. They charged me about $15 extra for the parts.

The person installed everything fine and everything went well. The only problem was he couldn't get either appliances to work, he said he didn't know how. He couldn't get the ice maker and the dishwasher to work. Everything else was correct, the plumbing was correct and everything was good. I just read the directions and I found out that there is a switch that you had to turn on for the ice maker. I read the directions for the dish washer and found out that you had to prime it first with water before you're starting a load. Now, everything works fine! He came out first and made an assessment that we didn't have all the right connections. I had to go out and look for the correct connections and get them online; parts and things. Once I got all that, he came back and put it all in. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the hooking up of stuff, he just didn't know the appliances. It was as simple as reading instructions. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He was here for about an hour and a half or so. Initially, when he came out it was about a half hour worth of assessment to talk about what we needed to get hooked up. The people who sold us the equipment said everything was included which was annoying because we had to go on the Internet and find some pieces. He did not offer to get the pieces.

Thought the problem was not as I suspected, he double checked all the plumbing the our condo as we are new owners. He assured me everything was up to snuff and done with quality materials. I truly appreciated the piece of mind.

They showed up on time and they were professional and the work was great! I would absolutely recommend them to others.

Amazing. He was professional and fast. He was twice as fast as the last plumber who installed a toilet at our old house. He was clean and caused no damage to my house, which is always a potential since he was dragging old toilets down the stairs. He was professional and polite. I will call Assure the next time I have a plumbing issue.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were perfect. There were no problems and it worked well. I was very pleased. Not only was he a great plumber, he was good with kids. My grandson kept annoying him and he didn't let that bother him. He was great. If I have any other plumbing problems, I would definitely use him again. He had to order some things and then come back. Everything was done through email. His price didn't break the bank. They always let me know when they were coming. He deserved a double great for putting up with my grandson and still getting the work done.

Everything worked out fine. There was nothing bad about the service.

Very responsive. The owner does the scheduling and she's extremely nice. Called to say there was a delay. I used them because of a "deal" on Angie's List and will definitely use them again.
