She cleans so well from top to bottom....nothing is left undone...I'm very pleased with her work and her as a person. Totally a professional all the way....Shes the best housekeeper I ever had...

Anna initially came to my home to explain her house cleaning services and give me an estimate. I agreed to her services and price and we made an appointment for her to come the following week. She arrived on time with another person to help and they started cleaning. They were here for 4 hours and did a very thorough job. I was very pleased and Ana has been cleaning my home every two weeks since!

I confronted Anna, and she offered to quit, but then we agreed she would not bring back that girl. But she did not show up after that, without even letting us know. We had to call her to find out that she had quit. She said that she sent us a text message, however, we never received that, so it’s hard to believe that was ever sent. Anna, herself, did excellent work, but her two employees were destructive, and they did not pay attention to instructions.

Anna came with Laura got started in the bathroom upstairs and worked their way down to my living room which is entirely covered in tile and not easy to clean. My bathroom had not been deep cleaned for some time and the one my son was using (well need I say more! Yuk!). The result was incredible no midlew and soap scum, toilets spotless, my office dusted and vaccumed and the downstairs floor was cleaned wonderfully with no streaks (something I had not been able to do myself). Kitchen was thoroughly cleaned microwave and stainless aplliances gleamed afterwards. These guys are good! I highly recommend.

Anna is very thorough, careful, and trustworthy. I called her, she came by and gave me a free quote, and has been very reliable ever since. She goes above and beyond what I expect of her and she takes direction very well. You only have to tell her once! I am so pleased with the service she has provided!

We initially agreed upon two times a week at a particular price and she made the commitment to come, and worked for a week (once we had let our other maid go) and then changed the price to $5 more an hour and said that she would only be able to come on Saturdays. We were flexible, as we thought she cleaned the house well, and agreed to her expensive price and change of days, thinking we would just get a less expensive helper to come in on the other day. We expected professionalism from her, especially at such a high price. Unfortunately, she changed the date she would come in from Saturday to Sunday at the last minute and then the next week she called saying her daughter was sick. She said she would come in the next day or on Monday. Both days she was unreachable and had actually gone to Tijuana on holiday without contacting us the day that she said she would come in. She hung up on me when asked why she didn't call on Monday. Not what I am looking for in a maid.

Excellent best we have ever had.

She is great, efficient, and very thorough. She works with a helper her sister. She is very honest. She is about average price wise.
