Joe Violi

Great! Joe is a fantastic young real estate agent. He worked with us over a period of several weeks to help us find a condo for our daughter. He was both creative and persistent in finding the perfect property for her and negotiating a great deal for us. When there was some disagreement with the seller and their agent over which window coverings they had agreed to convey with the condo, Joe stood firm, persuasively and doggedly arguing our position. As a result, as he assured us it would be, the misunderstanding was resolved. Over the two months we worked with Joe we developed great respect for both his knowledge of the market and, more importantly, for the professionalism he showed in his dealings both with us and others. This combined with his cheerful, positive disposition and general joie de vivre made the normally tedious task of purchasing real estate much more enjoyable.
