 + -1 moreGreat. Seaside Rooter purchased two Kohler toilets from Ferguson, brought them to the house and installed them, and took away the old toilets. They replaced a very damaged toilet flange on the first floor.
Description of Work: replace two toilets -- our old ones were 1.6 gallon per flush and never did flush well. We already had one Kohler 3810 in our master bath and found that it worked much better using 1.28 GPF. So we wanted to get that model toilet in our other bathrooms.

 + 3 moreJohn arrived clean and presentable, unlike other plumbers we have had in the past, and left the premises in perfect condition. He worked quickly and efficiently and, before we knew it, our water service was back on again. A job well done at a great price!
Description of Work: The water heater on our home began leaking so we called John Giammona at Seaside Rooter. The price he gave us was very reasonable and he was able to come out right away. John arrived on time with the new product and parts and was done in no time. In the past, John has done repair work on our apartments many times and has also provided drain cleaning service as well as faucet replacements. He's always pleasant to deal with and we can highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

He has helped us with emergency plumbing services such as replacement of hot water heater as well as other projects like new bathtub and plumbing of new bathroom. He was very professional and thorough getting the project done in a timely matter.
Description of Work: The last visit he replaced the wax seal and repaired the drain connection that was loose and leaking into the bathroom.

It took approximately 2 months to complete the 2 bathrooms which included: Demolition of old bathrooms reconstruction of new bathrooms: tiling, cabinet installation, electrical work, plumbing co-ordination of tiling, electrical, cabinet installation & plumbing Installed new sinks & fixtures, toilets, showers/tubs & had old stuff hauled away Changed out all lines & valves on all sinks & toilets in the house We are thrilled & satisfied with the remodeling & plumbing that Seaside Rooter provided. This was a big project for us and Seaside made it a pleasurable experience. We've used Seaside Rooter for small jobs too. They've replaced our water heater, repaired a slab leak, replaced leaky valves & replaced the water pressure regulator. Seaside Rooter is the BEST!!!
