SUNBURST WINDOW CLEANING

I purchased 2 vouchers for 10 windows each for 25$. They had to be used on separate occasions. I called and got the first appt 2 weeks later. I asked if I could book the 2nd appt and Brandon told me that if I was "going to play hard ball" then maybe they could do them all on the same day since they didn't want to spend the gas coming out twice. I explained I was fine with the 2 appts or 1 day...didn't matter. He told me to ask the cleaners that day if they would do all the windows and if not, call for another appt.I was out of town on the day of the appt and my husband had to take care of it. They would not honor both vouchers, fine, and talked my husband into cleaning all the widows. Matt kept saying they were losing money on the vouchers which frankly was not our problem. He kept justifying why they could not accept the other voucher and kept telling my husband they needed to make money.After I got the information I called to express my displeasure over the entire situation. Matt called back and continued to yell at me about the vouchers and how he was running a business and needed to make money. At this point, because I could not get in a word edgewise, i told him I would take it up with the BBB and Angie's List and hung up. He sent me a long email how he "works his a** off" and doesn't appreciate my attitude. At this point it was no longer about the stupid voucher but his professionalism. I told him in an email his tirades and vitriolic attitude were not appreciated and he replied back (because he had to have the last word) that to go ahead and report to the BBB because they "are worthless, just like your argument" and that he has "more good reviews on Angie's List then (sic) he cares for." BTW there are no reviews. I decided not to respond on advice from my friends who said he sounded "weird". Money and vouchers aside his childish emails and unprofessional language are enough for me.

OVERALL NICE JOB. HOWEVER, A COUPLE WINDOWS HE COULD NOT REACH FROM OUTSIDE.
