It was all good. Was able to come to our house within the hour and did a great job. Obviously knows his way around the plumbing business. I think most people would appreciate his down to earth style etc. He lives in North County but does travel some and so not always able to do the work himself etc. Said he would recommend someone if he was out of town for a long time. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Had a toilet that was not flushing properly. Got a new part from the manufacturer(Kohler) and Keith installed new handle etc.
