Eric met me at the job site. He was punctual and polite. I had forgotten my key to the side gate, so we were not able to see the full extent of landscape work related to the back yard. However, Eric enthusiastically found a way to open the gate with the use of some simple tools from his truck. I was thrilled that I would not need to reschedule our meeting. He listened attentively to my description of the services i was interested in having him perform, and he shared some clever thoughts on how to manage the large hillside which was prone to weeds. We left our meeting with the understanding that he would e-mail me an estimate. I did not hear back, so I e-mailed him two weeks later and still have not heard. (I know that the e-mail address is a good one, because I used the same address to set up our initial meeting. ) I am disappointed that he does not even have the courtesy to let me know that he is not interested in the work. He seemed like a good communicator when we met, but even if he called me back now with a great excuse about why he didn't respond with an estimate. I would not use him.
