+ -1 moreMike made four or more promises he would have plans ready to review but when we appeared at office they were either not completed or he would miss the appointment. His reception staff knew we were being mistreated and gave us the impression that this was a frequent problem. We finally had to document our attempts to meet with him in order to restore our insurance companies cooperation to hire another firm. The constant theme from Mike seemed to be deception/dishonesty.
Description of Work: After our home burned down we contacted Mike Alberti to help us design and rebuild home. Multiple meetings and discussions made us believe he was working on design but after six months there were no building plans completed and the only thing accomplished was removal of the burn debris. It was our final opinion that the project was beyond his ability. This delay eventually led to multiple problems with insurance settlement and additional home rental expense.

Description of Work: ALIBERTI CONSTRUCTION IS DOING THE ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND THE BUILDING PLANS FOR THE HOME WE ARE REMODELING. THE ABOVE PRICE IS WHAT WE HAVE PAID SO FAR. HE IS STILL WORKING WITH US.
