Alex was excellent.  I interviewed 4 realtors before listing with Alex-  He (and the David Lyng) agency represented the best combination of what I was looking for and experience in selling houses.  He helped me to quickly prepare the house for sale with minimal effort on my part,  posted all supporting document and worked with me to establish a sale strategy that fit my preferences- which were to sell it to a young couple challenged by high local prices, quickly, but at a fair price and minimal contingencies.    And I got all of that, even with series of surprise setbacks like the roof springing multiple leaks during the open house which happened during a weekend that poured rain non-stop.  He presented me the perfect offer the next monday- and I got everything I hoped for.

The selling process went fine! What blew me away was when Alex helped my brother-in-law sell his property. What a nightmare! The property was a mess, but the scary part were the druggies who had moved into the little rental on the property and brought ALL KINDS of unsavory types onto the property. My brother-in-law was never able to get them out, but Alex helped him every step of the way until the property was sold. It was his help on this that has convinced me that if we ever need a realtor in this county, Alex will be our goo-to person!
